Boost your Brain Power with these 5 Foods!

It’s January, time to reset and try to commit to healthy habits. While we aren’t fans of fad diets or crazy workout routines, we believe you are what you eat, and eating healthy is a great way to boost your brainpower. So we are happy to share 5 of our favorite brain-boosting foods that can help increase your cognitive performance:

  • Blueberries – Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, which can help protect your brain from oxidative stress.
  • Avocados – Avocados are packed with healthy monounsaturated fats that are essential for optimal brain functioning.
  • Nuts and Seeds – Nuts and seeds are a great source of healthy fats, fiber and protein, all of which can help boost your brainpower.
  • Dark Chocolate – Dark chocolate contains flavonoids that may help improve cognitive performance and protect the brain from cognitive decline.
