What’s your previous work experience?
I have worked in Sales and Marketing for Senior Living Communities since 1989. I started my career attending nursing school, and while working as a Certified Nurses Assistant, I was promoted to the Sales and Marketing Department. I realized helping families navigate through that difficult decision was truly what I enjoyed doing, and I have been doing it ever since!
Where are you from?
I grew up in New Mexico, moved to the Chicago area to attend college, and lived there for over 30 years. I relocated to Florida 6 years ago to be closer to my family.
What do you do for fun?
I have completely embraced the Florida lifestyle! I love the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, and taking my husky Cooper for walks in beautiful Florida sunshine.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about fostering a culture of kindness and respect where everyone feels heard and valued, so I always go the extra mile to offer support and encouragement to those around me. In a world where we can be anything, we should always be kind!
What’s your WHY? Why Sunways? Why Senior Care?
Helping seniors and their families has offered me a unique perspective on life. Their stories, wisdom, and experiences can teach invaluable lessons about resilience, patience, and cherishing every moment. Sunways is dedicated to empowering and advocating for families to get the best care and are in the business of helping others. I have seen this firsthand from working with them the past few years and know that this is a place that lives its mission statement consistently.
Beth’s compassionate approach and commitment to building meaningful connections make her an excellent addition to our team. We look forward to seeing the positive impact she will have.
