Recently while talking to Lee Washington, Sr. VP of Florida County Veterans Service Officers Association, he mentioned how often veteran spouses 65+ are unaware of the many benefits they are eligible for. He also made the point that most people assume that “veteran spouses” are women, but we need to remember that so many men are spouses to our amazing service women!
