We are so excited to welcome our newest Senior Living Concierge, Sadie Krywicki to our team! We have been manifesting this for a while since we first talked to Sadie in October of 2022. At the time Sadie was living in Oklahoma and was looking to relocate to Florida. Sadie made the move to Port Charlotte, and we reconnected. And man, we are grateful we did!

Where did you grow up? How did you end up where you are?
I am from a small rural town outside of Shawnee, Oklahoma. I attended Oklahoma State University where I played collegiate softball and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. After graduation, I worked in different social service positions in the medical field but it was not until my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s that I felt the need to refocus on where and how I can serve others.
What’s your previous work experience?
I have 8 years of experience working in the Senior Living industry in various roles, including Activities Director, Social Service Director, and the past 3 years as a Memory Care Director.
What do you do for fun?
I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and boxer, Cooper. I love almost any outdoor activity, especially water sports, including fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, riding seadoos, and simply soaking up the sun. I also absolutely love taking naps!
What are you passionate about?
One of my greatest passions is Senior Living, more specifically Memory Care. I love bringing joy to seniors and providing education and support to their loved ones in order to improve their quality of life. I am also passionate about healthy living and caring for animals.
Any weird personality traits/ quirks?
As someone with ADD, I have learned to channel my extroverted ‘positive energy’ into bringing joy to others’ lives and always lend a helping hand to those in need.
What’s your WHY? Why Sunways? Why Senior Care?
I know my purpose is to help people and I found a home helping those in senior care. Sunways provides an opportunity for me to make a greater impact on those trying to navigate the confusing world of senior care and provide the best care for their loved ones.
We are so grateful to have Sadie join our team. We look forward to helping her to serve families in Port Charlotte and beyond!
