When we created Sunways, it was important to us that our services were more than just “senior placement”. Why? Because no one ever just needs placement. Let’s be honest, the Caregiver journey is a long one and we want to be able to meet our clients “where they’re at” and provide information and resources to them at every stage.
We realized quickly that there are so many Senior care options and services, but no one that was hands-on connecting the dots and project managing the process for families. So, we created one and called it a Senior Living Concierge.

Recently, we updated our name to Sunways Senior Living Concierge (previously Sunways Assisted Living Concierge) to better communicate our service. We want clients to call us not only when they need a Senior Living Community, but when they need anything Senior care related!
