We value the attitude of optimism when reflecting on the positives in circumstances where a favorable outcome was not achieved.


Advocacy is about helping people find their voice. There are three types of advocacy – self-advocacy, individual advocacy, and systems advocacy. We advocate for ourselves, our clients, and bettering the healthcare system to better accommodate our clients.


We strive to empower our clients by equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to make difficult decisions for the care of their loved ones.


Transparency is the basis for trust. Being transparent means being honest and open when communicating with clients, and each other about all matters. In an industry where transparency isn’t the norm, we aim to change this!


Emotion researchers generally define empathy as the ability to sense other people’s emotions, coupled with the ability to imagine what someone else might be thinking or feeling. In our business empathy is key to understanding our client’s needs. Often we need to “read between the lines” and pick up on non-verbal language to fully understand our clients.

Our Story
After our family’s journey going through this process, we recognized how overwhelming it is for Caregivers and the individual themselves to navigate finding Senior care, housing and resources. With the elderly population growing at a rapid rate all along the Gulf Coast, we felt the need to serve our community and use our business background and personal experience to form Sunways Senior Living Concierge.
Essentially, we have created the service that we wish our family had.
Together, we have over 25 years of combined recruiting experience that has trained us to quickly assess client’s needs and be an “information broker”. At Sunways, we use those skills to connect you to the appropriate community resources, get all of your questions answered and be a shoulder to lean on.
